ABSTRACT
The uses of artificial intelligence (AI) in supply chain efficiency, customer interaction, and precision farming are transforming the agricultural and food industries. Through the utilization of AI-powered technologies, including robots, computer vision, and machine learning, the sector is attaining previously unheard-of levels of sustainability and efficiency. AI-driven insights about crop health, soil properties, and weather patterns are useful for precision agriculture, which maximizes resource utilization and increases yields. Traditional agricultural methods are being transformed by AI-enhanced automation, which makes better harvesting, planting, and weeding procedures possible thanks to robots and automated systems. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supply chain management enables predictive analytics, optimizing inventories and cutting waste. Furthermore, AI guarantees food safety by means of stringent quality control and anticipatory equipment maintenance. The way people purchase for food is changing due to consumer-facing technologies like interactive chatbots and tailored nutrition advice. All things considered, artificial intelligence (AI) is propelling major developments in the food and agriculture sectors, encouraging sustainability, raising production, and raising customer pleasure.
