This study evaluates the effectiveness of a structured, non-denominational meditation protocol combining controlled breathing and positive affirmation on psychological well-being. A total of 50 participants undergoing rehabilitation and stress-related conditions were included in a 4–8 week observational study. The intervention consisted of breath regulation and guided affirmation practices. Psychological outcomes were assessed using structured measures of anxiety, stress, and sleep quality. Significant reductions were observed in anxiety (mean reduction: 6.4, p < 0.01), perceived stress, and sleep disturbances following the intervention. The findings suggest that breath-regulated meditation with positive affirmation is an effective, low-cost, and scalable intervention for improving mental health outcomes in rehabilitation settings.
