This study examines the dual role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in workplace stress management and employee performance. AI-driven tools help reduce workload by automating repetitive tasks and enabling better decision-making, thereby lowering stress levels and improving productivity. However, AI adoption also introduces challenges such as technostress, job insecurity, and reduced autonomy. Using a mixed-method approach involving survey data and performance indicators, the study finds that AI significantly reduces stress (26%) and improves productivity (21%), while increasing employee engagement and job satisfaction. The findings highlight that the benefits of AI depend on ethical implementation, employee training, and organizational support. The paper concludes by proposing a balanced framework for integrating AI in a human-centered manner.
