| Abstract: | The rapid growth of digital education has increased the need for secure and reliable management of student identity and academic records. However, many existing systems mainly focus on storage and verification, while the recovery of lost or inaccessible records is still a major challenge for students and institutions. To address this issue, this paper presents a secure digital framework for student identity and academic record recovery. The system follows a structured registration process that collects essential identity details and academic documents in a secure manner. Sensitive information is protected using encryption, data masking, and controlled visibility to prevent unauthorized access and privacy leakage. A unique secure token is generated for each student and converted into a QR code, enabling fast and reliable record retrieval. The developed platform demonstrates improved security, privacy, and usability compared to traditional methods. The lightweight and user-friendly design makes it suitable for real-world deployment in educational environments. Overall, the proposed framework supports secure, efficient, and privacy-aware digital academic record management. |
