Abstract: OBJECTIVE: Quality of diagnoses and quality of care play a pivotal role in the overall treatment and proper care of the patient. The quality diagnoses help us to identify the disease easily and the quality treatment assures the patient safety, care and healing of the patient in minimum duration of time. The purpose of this study is to improve the overall quality in the radiology field in order to make it easier for both the patient as well as radiologic technologist for smooth diagnoses as well as the treatment. METHODS This study was conducted since jan 2023 to june 2023 in department of radiology SDH SOPORE we consulted the radiological technologists who filled up the questionnaire. Both male and female radiographers participated in the study, we also took the reviews and feedback from the patients as well. RESULTS There were radiologic technologists both male and female for this study. The knowledge of more experienced radiological technologists was greater than that of less experienced radiological technologists. The level of expertise in treating patients with different disorders was overall satisfactory. Every radiological technologist in this questionnaire-based study has some knowledge of different disorders from books, the internet, or personal experience. We took the feedback from patients as well. The use of advanced techniques and equipment resulted in better diagnosis and treatment. However, the main worry is that we still lack in ensuring the adequate quality treatment and diagnosis from one way or the other for that we need to constantly keep on upgrading the knowledge, skills and equipments as well and we also need to take the reviews from the patients corner as well.
