This paper investigates the behavioral impact of gamification on learner engagement, motivation, collaboration, and knowledge retention in large IT service organizations. A survey of 180 professionals across ten firms revealed that 65% consider gamified learning significantly more effective than traditional methods. Leaderboards (82%) and badges (78%) emerged as dominant engagement drivers, while 75% of respondents strongly agreed that gamification increases their willingness to participate. However, 60% reported that excessive competition can discourage learners. The study proposes five key recommendations for sustainable gamification: personalized learning paths, career-aligned rewards, real-world scenario integration, enhanced collaborative tasks, and regular content updates. Implications for instructional designers and corporate trainers are discussed, with suggestions for longitudinal research and adaptive gamification systems.
