Abstract: The AI Library Management System is an innovative solution designed to automate and optimize traditional library operations using artificial intelligence. This system leverages AI-driven algorithms to enhance book catalogue, user management, and resource tracking while ensuring a seamless experience for both librarians and patrons. Key features include an intelligent search engine that enables users to find books based on keywords, authors, or subject relevance. AI-based recommendation systems suggest books based on reading history and preferences, improving user engagement. Additionally, automated book issuance and return processes, integrated with RFID or barcode scanning, minimize manual effort and errors. The system incorporates natural language processing (NLP) to support voice-based book searches and chatbot assistance for queries related to availability, due dates, and fine calculations. AI-driven analytics help librarians predict book demand, manage inventory efficiently, and identify trends in user preferences. Furthermore, the implementation of facial recognition or biometric authentication enhances security, ensuring only authorized access to library resources. Cloud-based storage and blockchain technology can be integrated for data security, preventing unauthorized modifications to book records. Additionally, AI-powered plagiarism detection can assist in maintaining academic integrity for research materials. By automating routine tasks and providing personalized recommendations, the AI Library Management System significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces human workload, and enhances the overall user experience. This system represents a step forward in digital library transformation, making information more accessible and management more efficient
