The identification of rare cells is crucial for understanding various biological processes and disease diagnostics. This paper presents a hybridized approach combining Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Stem Cell Algorithm (SCA) for multiple sequence alignment, clustering of differentially expressed genes, and identification of rare cells. The proposed method improves accuracy and reduces computational complexity. The hybrid algorithm is validated with multiple datasets, demonstrating its efficacy in clustering and identifying rare cell types.
