This study has a total of 300 respondents who are professionals working across various industry sectors and age groups. The choice of variables involved in the research was based on an in-depth assessment of existing work, conversation with specialists and from prior studies conducted on the associated topics. The constructs researched in the present study were role stress, spiritual climate, psychological well being at work, and resilience at work. Basis the relationship an analysis was done to enhance the psychological well being at work of an employee while reducing their role stress in spiritual climate. The results concluded that the spiritual climate of the organization improves as viewed by the employee, their psychological well-being at work improves, their resilience at work also improves and their role stress reduces.
