| Abstract: | In order to ensure effective control of today's hypercompetitive market, the use of technology in supply chains is regarded as a precondition. In the supply chain, modern technologies are helping to create a better level of visibility, to reduce operating costs and improve customer satisfaction as well as retention. The use of technology in supply chain management is limited despite the acknowledged importance of it. Investment in technology is questioned by organizations. The areas where companies are using technology or intend to use it in the future have been defined in this paper. And their short term objectives for this Performance Company are looking for. For the study, data was collected from Roorkee in which 10 supply chain professionals were interviewed. Chancing of the exploration are company is picky in technology but planning to apply advance technology in future. The areas of businesses that use technology in the future or want to use it, as well as their immediate objectives for this performance company are identified in this report. The study was based on data collected from Roorkee, where 10 supply chain professionals were interviewed.
