Abstract: The application of nanotechnology to the treatment of cancer has attracted a lot of interest in the present Decade. The multidisciplinary branch of science studying nanotechnology in cancer The fields of engineering and medicine) are expanding quickly and have a vast array of applications. It provides a unique approach and comprehensive technology to fight cancer by early identification, forecasting, medicine, customized treatment plans, and preventive measures. The main focus of this review is nanotechnology applications Millions of people die from cancer each year throughout the world, and despite significant advancements in medicine, there are still numerous problems that need to be resolved to enhance cancer treatment. Because of this, oncological research is working hard to develop novel, effective treatments that can lessen serious side effects brought on by traditional cancer treatments. Various technologies have already been incorporated into clinical practice or are presently being evaluated in clinical trials. While bioengineering of extracellular vesicles and patient-derived cells is helping to develop biocompatible materials for diagnostic and therapeutic applications, it has also made it possible to design ad hoc systems and unambiguous targeting strategies.
