This research paper examines the pivotal role of education, skills development, and educational technology (Edtech) in harnessing the demographic dividend in Rajasthan, India. The state's burgeoning youth population presents a unique opportunity for economic growth, provided strategic investments are made in education and technology-enabled learning. This study critically assesses the current state of education in Rajasthan, focusing on enrollment rates, dropout statistics, and the quality of education, while also addressing disparities in access, particularly in rural and marginalized communities. The research paper proposes comprehensive strategies to empower the youth, bridge the digital divide, and enhance skill development. It emphasizes the importance of public-private partnerships in skill training, ensuring alignment with market demands. The integration of Ed tech in education is explored, highlighting its potential in personalized learning, improved teacher-student interaction, and enhanced learning outcomes.
