Drug research and discovery is a very difficult, costly, and time-consuming procedure. The advancement of computational techniques and technologies has expedited it. Thanks to a variety of cutting-edge characteristics, computer-aided drug design (CADD), sometimes referred to as in silico screening, has gained significant traction in recent years as a useful tool for different stages of drug discovery and development. Additionally, in silico screening clears the way for the manufacture and screening of certain chemicals in search of more effective treatments. An introduction to computer-aided drug design (CADD) and its uses in the creation of targeted drug delivery systems (TDDS) is given in this article. CADD is a drug design process that makes use of computational tools and procedures. and forecast their toxicity, pharmacological characteristics, and biological activities. As well as A summary of computer-aided drug design (CADD) for targeted drug delivery systems (TDDS) is also included in the article. We provide an overview of computational techniques in this post, which is a creative way to find new leads and support research on medication development.
