Abstract: Abstract: Organizational culture constitutes a framework of rules, principles, beliefs, and guiding values that influence the behaviors of team members within a company. This culture serves as a well-organized base that steers workplace interactions. This culture is characterized by attributes including integrity, collaboration, transparency, and accountability. In light of this, it is foreseeable that concepts like work-life balance will hold significant importance for fostering a healthy workforce in the future. The objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between work-life balance and organizational culture within the context of teaching professionals employed in educational institutions located within Dadra and Nagar Haveli. For the purpose of the study, a total of 100 teachers were chosen in a random manner from various educational institutions within the DNH region. The primary method of data collection involved utilizing a questionnaire. Based on the characteristics of the data and the desired insights, suitable statistical methods have been employed. Specifically, statistical tools such as the Mean, Chi-Square Analysis, and ANOVA test have been utilized to succinctly present the outcomes derived from the research.
