Abstract: ABSTRACT In order to measure the condition of the structure Monitoring after a particular time period holds the Promise for improving the structural performance with an excellent cost /benefit ratio. Condition analysis is a technique used to analyze the health monitoring in the damage detection, to ensure the reliability and the durability of the structures. In this analysis the condition analysis of the structures using low frequency technique to test the condition is being done through experimental modal analysis and Structural vibration analysis software (ANSYS 16.0) over structural elements beam and steel frame. During the Experimental Modal Analysis, analysis is carried over a 2m and 4m Reinforced concrete beam and rectangular shape hollow section steel frame. In the Structural Analysis using (ANSYS 16.0) the Modal Analysis is done both in the 1D and 3D modeling. Cracks induced in the beam is analyzed in the ANSYS 16.0 and the difference in the modal frequency is noted, which was compared in the experimental modal analysis of the damage induced during the analysis of the beam. In 1D and 3D modal analysis during the experimentally and numerically the results were found in close agreement with small error. Damage induced during the Analysis is done in 3D modeling in Numerical analysis it has to be checked with the experimental modal analysis.
