This study compares Genetic Algorithm (GA), Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), Simulated Annealing (SA), and Google OR-Tools for solving the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW) in e-commerce logistics. Using Solomon benchmark datasets, the research evaluates travel distance, vehicles used, runtime, and convergence to identify efficient, scalable routing solutions for last-mile delivery.
