Abstract: The Roommate Matching System is a web-based application that helps people find suitable roommates based on their preferences and lifestyle. Many people face problems while finding roommates using social media or ads because of mismatched habits and lack of trust. This system allows users to register, create profiles, and search for rooms and roommates easily. It compares user preferences like food habits, lifestyle, and location to suggest compatible matches. The system is built using modern technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB. The results show that the system works properly and provides accurate and reliable roommate suggestions.
