This study aims to analyze customer preference and satisfaction towards electric two-wheelers in Kanpur city. With the increasing concern for environmental sustainability and rising fuel prices, electric vehicles are gaining popularity among consumers. The research focuses on identifying key factors influencing customer preference such as price, performance, battery life, charging infrastructure, and brand image. Primary data has been collected through structured questionnaires from respondents in Kanpur city.
The findings reveal that customers are gradually shifting towards electric two-wheelers due to cost efficiency and eco-friendly nature. However, challenges such as limited charging infrastructure and battery-related concerns still affect customer satisfaction. The study concludes with suggestions for improving customer satisfaction and increasing adoption of electric vehicles.
