This study investigates customer perception towards internet banking, focusing on factors influencing adoption, satisfaction, and trust in digital financial services. With the rise of online platforms, internet banking has emerged as a vital tool for modern banking, providing convenience, speed, and accessibility. The research, conducted primarily in Indore, utilizes descriptive and exploratory methods through a structured questionnaire with a sample size of 50 respondents. Results indicate that young, urban, and educated individuals show a high level of awareness and satisfaction with internet banking. Key determinants such as ease of use, security, and customer support significantly shape user attitudes. While the study reveals strong acceptance of online banking among students and private-sector professionals, it also highlights concerns related to cybersecurity and limited engagement from rural users. The findings suggest that enhancing digital literacy, simplifying platforms, and improving trust can further increase adoption and inclusivity in internet banking.
