Abstract:
Mental health disorders among teenagers such as stress, anxiety, and mental deficiency has been increasing
globally. Ayurveda is an ancient broad medical system that provides natural remedies that can be used and can
be beneficial for support of mental well-being. This study focuses on formulation and evaluation of an
Ayurvedic tonic that includes the usage of the following ingredients that is Brahmi, Ashwagandha,
Shankhpushpi, Moringa, Tulsi, Amla, and Saffron this herbs are mostly known for their adaptogenic, anxiolytic,
and nootropic properties. This formulation aims to improve cognitive function, reduce stress, and promote
emotional stability in teenagers. The clinical evaluation of the tonic demonstrated significant changes in anxiety
reduction, memory enhancement, and overall mental wellness with barely any adverse effects reported. The
research suggest that Ayurveda based formulations can serve as a natural and effective alternative for mental
health management in teenagers.
