This study investigates the prevalence of burnout among professional dental practitioners and explores potential correlations between demographic and work-related factors with burnout experiences. The research sample consisted of 133 actively practicing dentists selected from the general population. Data collection was conducted online using the Burnout Assessment Tool – Work-Related Short Version integrated into survey forms. Descriptive statistics of burnout scores and their interpretations were utilized to evaluate the incidence of burnout within the sample. To test the hypotheses, statistical analyses, including ANOVA and t-test, were performed. The findings indicated the presence of burnout among the dentists in the sample group, with a statistically significant association observed between burnout scores and clinic ownership.
