Abstract: The rapid adoption of Conversational AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Bard, and Gemini AI, is transforming how users search for information and interact with digital platforms. This paper discusses Digital Marketing capabilities in the SaaS industry by introducing an innovative concept of Artificial Intelligence Optimisation (AIO) for the first-time. Unlike traditional Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), AIO focuses on optimising AI-driven search experiences, enabling intelligent product recommendations, dynamic comparative analysis, and trust score mechanisms through conversational platforms. The study proposes a conceptual framework for implementing AIO in SaaS digital marketing strategies, outlining key dimensions such as data-driven insights, machine learning algorithms, and trust-building systems. By adopting AIO, SaaS businesses can improve search relevance, user engagement, and customer decision-making processes. This paper aims to provide a strategic roadmap for leveraging Conversational AI as a powerful tool for customer acquisition, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty in the SaaS ecosystem.
