This article examines the biological and chemical characteristics of azoles and azines with a focus on their use in medication development. Azole compounds, especially imidazoles and triazoles, are recognised for their extensive antifungal properties, whilst azines are emphasised for their potential antiviral, antibacterial, and anticancer effects. The study offers a thorough analysis of a range of heterocyclic compounds, covering their synthesis, physiological effects, and testing procedures, such as assays for cytotoxicity and antiviral activity. The study highlights the value of multidisciplinary efforts in drug discovery, especially in the fight against serious illnesses like SARS and AIDS. The article attempts to meet the growing need for efficient treatments in contemporary medicine by contributing to the synthesis and biological assessment of these compounds, thereby aiding in the creation of new therapeutic agents.
