Abstract: This research analyse the impact of academic changes on stress and uncertainty among college students and diagnose common coping mechanisms and dimensions for institutional framework. A survey of 20 undergraduate students depicted high stress levels related to everyday academic adaptations, with socializing and getting involved in hobbies bring up to as primary coping strategies. Students articulated the requirement for improved communication and access to mental health resources. These results underline the significance of institutional drives to better embrace students in adapting to academic changes, encouraging resilience, and boosting overall mental health.
