Ethics and Leadership are the two important aspects in the organization. Ethics deals with the moral values and Leadership deals with the guidance to the followers. This concept is not only concern to the business as a leader should considered the elements of the society because societies are playing important role in the development of the business as well as economy. So ethics are the weapon to the key to success and sustainability of the business. So ethical leadership positively influence employee job satisfaction, organization commitment and performance. This paper is an attempt to give a comprehensive review of the concept of ethics, ethical leadership, characteristics and advantages and disadvantages along with issues and challenges of ethical leadership.
