Karnanaad is predominantly a vaataj vikar usually affecting elder age group oftenly more than 50 years old. In this disease, the rhythemic sound is heared in both or unilateral ear. According to ayurvedic view, vitiated vata dosha produce different sounds in shabdavaha strotas that patient seems to be hear in calm environment. It is usually associated with hearing loss / karnabadhirya.
At present there are no effective treatment for tinnitus in modern science. Masking of tinnitus, sedation, tinnitus instruments, sound therapy are not found so effective and not suitable in all age groups.
The aim of this case study is to find out the efficient and effective treatment for tinnitus which can also help to reduce hearing impairement and patient can live without annoyance and emotional reactions.
