Abstract: This study explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain technology on governance efficiency and transparency, examining how these technologies can transform public administration. Using Structural Equation Modeling with a sample of 240 IT experts from three districts in Rajasthan, the research assesses the relationships between AI and Blockchain adoption, government support and policies, and their effects on governance outcomes. The findings reveal that both AI and Blockchain significantly enhance governance efficiency, with Blockchain also playing a crucial role in improving transparency. Government support and policies are found to be pivotal in facilitating these technological advancements and their positive impact on governance. Despite the valuable insights provided, the study is limited by its sample size, cross-sectional design, and reliance on self-reported data, which may affect the generalizability and accuracy of the results. Future research should address these limitations by expanding the geographic scope, employing longitudinal designs, and incorporating additional variables and qualitative methods. This study contributes to the understanding of how emerging technologies can drive improvements in governance and highlights the importance of supportive policy frameworks in enabling effective technological integration.
