Abstract: This study explores the economic and social impacts of Rajasthan Government schemes on rural development, focusing on Jaipur district. Utilizing a sample of 380 users selected through convenient sampling, the research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS to analyze the relationships between economic and social factors and rural development outcomes. The study reveals that both economic factors, such as income, employment, and infrastructure, and social factors, including education and healthcare access, significantly influence rural development. The findings underscore the effectiveness of targeted government schemes in fostering economic growth and improving the quality of life in rural areas. Policy implications suggest a need for continued investment in economic and social programs, with recommendations for enhancing scheme accessibility, administrative efficiency, and integration of social welfare initiatives. Future research could benefit from a broader geographical scope, longitudinal studies, and in-depth qualitative analyses to further refine and optimize rural development strategies.
