This research aims to (1) produce bag products using materials from LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) plastic waste (2) find out the panelists' opinions regarding the results of making knitted bags using materials from LDPE plastic waste. This type of research is engineering research. Research subjects included 5 Fashion Design Lecturers and 15 Fashion Design Students. Data collection techniques used observation methods, focus group discussions (FGD) and questionnaires. The research results show that: (1) The finished product of a sling bag using LDPE type plastic waste consists of 3 stages, namely making the sling bag design, processing LDPE plastic waste, making sling bags, installing garniture and finishing; (2) The results of the panelist test based on a Likert scale from 20 respondents with 11 question items showed a percentage value of 93% in the very good category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Sling Bag product produced using basic materials from LDPE type plastic waste is included in the very good category in terms of materials, manufacturing techniques, finishing and total appearance.
