In the field of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning, the automatic recognition of personality has received increasing research attention. The user expresses their feelings and emotions through social media or other platforms. The content created by users on these platforms is a crucial asset for deducing the personalities of the users. The research work efforts in the field of personality recognition not have been reported for Indian languages. In India many people survive in rural areas hence they have the problem of understanding and speaking the English language and increasing the Indian language content on social media as well. To assess human perception and personality accurately, it is essential to gain an understanding of user-generated content in the Indian language. In this work, we presented the Machine Learning approach for recognizing users' personalities from Hindi text by developing the resources translated gold standard dataset Stream-of-consciousness essay dataset and Psycholinguistic Dictionary in the Hindi language and experimental results achieved with the Machine Learning models.
