The relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) systems and human team members is becoming more and more important to comprehend and successfully manage as AI continues to enter many industries. The goal of this conceptual study is to explore viable Human Resource Management (HRM) techniques for promoting effective cooperation by exploring the intricacies of integrating AI with human teams and identifying difficulties. Utilizing multidisciplinary viewpoints from the fields of AI ethics, psychology, and organizational behavior, this study investigates the distinct obstacles brought about by AI-human interaction inside teams, encompassing concerns related to trust, communication, and clear roles. Furthermore, it delves into how HRM may support productive teamwork by emphasizing tactics like inclusive team structures, transparent communication routes, and training and development. This study adds to the continuing conversation on maximizing AI-human collaboration for improved organizational performance and worker well-being by synthesising the body of existing research and providing useful insights.
