Employee attrition in the Information Technology (IT) sector is a significant concern for organizations, as it can impact productivity, continuity of projects, and overall business performance. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to attrition among IT employees in Coimbatore city, with a focus on understanding the underlying causes and potential solutions. The research methodology includes a comprehensive literature review, followed by primary data collection through surveys and interviews with IT professionals in Coimbatore. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for IT companies in Coimbatore to develop effective strategies to reduce attrition and enhance employee retention.
