Abstract: With a chatbot, users may ask questions and receive answers in the same way as they would from a human. Right now, Alexa and SIRI are the most well-known voice chatbots. Nevertheless, chatbots have been embraced and integrated into the frequent use of the computer chat platform on a daily basis. NLP also makes it possible for algorithms and computers to comprehend human interactions across a variety of languages. Natural language processing is now much more accurate and efficient thanks to recent developments in machine learning, which makes chatbots a practical choice for a lot of businesses. Much more research is being conducted as a result of this advancement in NLP, which should continue to increase chatbot effectiveness in the years to come.
