The Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Yojana (PMRY) scheme is a pivotal initiative by the Government of India aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and generating employment opportunities, particularly among the youth and economically disadvantaged segments of society. This study focuses on assessing the impact and effectiveness of the PMRY scheme in Avinashi Taluk, examining its reach, utilization, and the extent to which it has benefitted its intended beneficiaries. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis, this study seeks to explore the perceptions, experiences, and socio-economic outcomes of individuals who have availed of the PMRY scheme in Avinashi Taluk.
