| Abstract: | This study investigates the awareness and satisfaction levels regarding the Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) implemented by the Government of Tamil Nadu, focusing on both rural and urban areas within Sulur Taluk. The CMHIS aims to provide accessible healthcare services and financial protection to the residents of Tamil Nadu. Through a structured survey and analysis, this research assesses the extent of awareness among the target population regarding the scheme's benefits, coverage, and enrollment procedures. Additionally, it examines the satisfaction levels of beneficiaries concerning the quality of healthcare services received and the overall effectiveness of the scheme in meeting their healthcare needs. By exploring the perspectives of both rural and urban communities, the study aims to identify potential gaps in awareness and satisfaction, providing insights for policymakers to enhance the implementation and effectiveness of the CMHIS in Sulur Taluk and similar regions. |
