Abstract: This research aims to examine the impact of employee engagement in the Leaf Business consulting services. It also outlines the significance of understanding customer satisfaction and how employee distinguish service delivery. Employee have changed prospects based on their consideration of service or work quality. This factor is an indication that a employee determines the quality of service in the IT industry. Also, the five-dimensional aspects of service quality (empathy, reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, and service assurance) impact service quality and employee loyalty. This Descriptive research paper focus on studying the connection between service quality and employee loyalty in Leaf Business Consulting services. Total of 120 questionnaires sent to respondents. This data, therefore, formed the basis for the analysis. The study entailed the use of qualitative descriptive research and Open-ended questionnaires were used for data collection. The PSPP software was used for the Statistical Analysis. The findings of the study showed that employee become loyal when employees respond to their requests as expected, when employees become active to make customers feel and secure in their transactions, when employees give customers individual attention and understand customers’ Therefore, the study concludes that service quality has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. That means service quality variables such as tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy have a positive influence on customer loyalty.
