In the construction industry, timely project completion, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success are contingent upon proficient project management. A comprehensive strategy for enhancing construction project management is presented in this abstract, with an emphasis on raising stakeholder participation and effectiveness. Modern technology, accelerated communication methods, and proactive risk management are all combined in the recommended approach to address common problems in the construction sector.Using state-of-the-art technology, like building information modeling (BIM), project management software, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices, is necessary to simplify construction project administration. By giving architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders a centralized platform for exchanging real-time project data, BIM promotes more informed decision-making and lowers mistake rates. Devices connected to the Internet of Things (IoT) are generating more data. Project management software facilitates scheduling, resource allocation, progress tracking, and the collection and monitoring of data for better project insights.The success of project management depends on excellent communication, and this abstract emphasizes the necessity of having channels for effective communication. By using integrated communication solutions, team members can communicate information more rapidly and correctly, which minimizes misunderstandings and delays. Stakeholder engagement, which involves clients and regulatory bodies in open and collaborative decision-making processes, is another element of effective communication.
