Abstract
This study compares selected physical and physiological parameters influencing the performance of college-level basketball and handball players. Thirty male college athletes (15 basketball and 15 handball players) were tested for speed, agility, explosive power, aerobic capacity, and resting heart rate. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences in certain performance determinants, suggesting sport-specific physiological demands and training adaptations.
