| Abstract: | The CPM Analysis of producing a publication involves various steps. It requires identification of various activities and events which are required for producing a publication. Network diagrams of all these various processes are made. Critical time of the various processes are calculated using CPM method. The final time required for producing a publication is given by the sum of all the activities which lies on critical path. |
