The purpose of the article is to determine how satisfied Coimbatore city residents are with their air conditioners. With the use of the right methodology, two study objectives were accomplished. The sample size was 50. In this study, convenience sampling was used. It has been discovered that brand preference and other factors influencing air conditioner purchase have an impact on customer satisfaction with air conditioners. Customer happiness has been linked to brand loyalty towards air conditioners, according to research. This leads to the conclusion that marketers and distributors must develop the finest pricing strategies, star ratings, warranties, and guarantees, among other things
