Abstract: Stress is Order of mental pressure for particular individual facing problems from envi-ronmental and social well-being which leads to so many diseases. Young age is the critical period because at this time youth faces lots of changes in his/her life Therefore, understanding the sources, symptoms, types and treatment of stress among them and how they can cooperate with the stress is very important. The stress experienced by the particular person who is experiencing the environmental and social health problem of intellectual stress, which can lead to multiple illness . Right from the birth every individual is unprotected to various types of stress conditions. Proper management of stress is necessary for the one of the individual person. Mostly stress have the heavy impact on the normal behaver and his/her lifestyle, the impact of lifestyles events, and the interactional version of the pressure reaction The pressure reaction's way of means of-product, pressure, is tough to define .
