There is no denying the fact that tribal women play the vital role in every society of that particular compostion of population. It amounts to nearly half of the population and therefore for this significant half of its population it is intrinsically important to ensure their equal presence and participation in the bigger process of decesion local governance. Different studies indicate that women leaders are low corrupt, are able to provide huge public goods of equal quality arban effective price and consider women 's preferences to upgrade all round governance. On the other side, studies have also observed that women representative are illicit depend on the male officials, espcially in framing decisions with the village developed leaders.
