Abstract: Mathematics of life particle (LP) i.e. set theory, the axiom of union, and the law of lifetime was studied. The triangle and pentagon bi-model was proposed in the modeling and simulation of LP. The spontaneous origin and structure of LP were explained under set theory and mathematical axiom. Matrix theory was studied along with the calculation of cofactor and matrix determinant value of LP. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) - life energy and elements members of life particle were discussed such that axiomatic universal truth.
