This work is associated with the mathematical analysis of reaction diffusion for immunoglobulin which is absorbed by lung tissues in first order kinetics. Whenever there is a deficiency of essential protein in the body of human or animal then it can be increased by the process of immunoglobulin transfusion, in this process we fill the cylinder will -globulin solution of constant concentration and then we apply the same till the desired level of -globulin achieved. Here we are also discussing the mathematical solution with the help of series solution, special function and method of separation variable for partial differential equation with specific boundry condition.
