We describe quadrilateral mesh generator based on arbitrary triangles in a square and unit circular region, we compute a boundary value problem using Galerkin’s weighted residual method, the result is a quadrilateral finite element mesh with naturally built in square and circular region, quadrilateral mesh generation procedure is executing the program with MAPLE software.
