The present study aims to know the reason among the consumers for preferring Instant Food Products and identify the most preferred Instant Food Products. 150 consumers were chosen to conduct the research from Tirupur City. Judgement or purposive sampling technique were used to identify the consumers among all people in Tirupur District. Both primary and secondary data were used. Primary data collected from questionnaire and secondary data collected from E-Journals, Journals, Magazines, Websites etc., To analyze the collected primary data, tools like Simple Percentage, Chi-Square Analysis and ANOVA were used. From the study, it is found that most of the respondents prefer both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian food and they buy after verifying expiry date. Most of the respondents are salaried class, belong to nuclear family type and spend Rs.301-Rs.500 per month. Advertisement attracts new customers with their variety of products for their instant needs and saves cooking time and can cook restaurant style taste at home
