Abstract: The increasing reliance on mobile technology in corporate Learning and Development (L&D) has shifted training delivery methods towards flexibility and accessibility. This study examines how mobile learning adoption and employee self-efficacy influence the learning outcomes of corporate employees in Cochin. A survey of 130 employees from IT, finance, and service industries measured mobile learning usage, self-efficacy, and perceived learning outcomes using a 5-point Likert scale. Regression analysis revealed that mobile learning has a significant positive relationship with learning outcomes (β = 0.34, p < 0.05), while self-efficacy also shows a strong positive influence (β = 0.41, p < 0.01). ANOVA results indicate that employees with high self-efficacy benefit more from mobile learning platforms compared to those with lower confidence levels. The findings suggest that organizations in Cochin can improve training effectiveness by enhancing mobile learning accessibility and fostering self-efficacy through coaching and feedback.
