Terbutaline Sulphate, Etofylline & Bromhexine HCL belongs to a class of Bronchodilator drug used to treat Asthma and Emphysema. A simple, accurate, precise method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of the Terbutaline Sulphate, Etofylline & Bromhexine HCL in solid dosage form by using Ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Retention time of Terbutaline Sulphate was found 2.054 min, Etofylline was found 2.865 min & Bromhexine HCL was found 4.261min. % RSD of the Terbutaline Sulphate was found 1.08%, Etofylline was found 0.40% & Bromhexine HCL was found 0.30%. % Assay was obtained as 101.02% for Terbutaline Sulphate, 99.20% for Etofylline & 100.23% Bromhexine HCL. Regression equation of Terbutaline Sulphate y = 0.1967x - 0.0516 R² = 0.9999, Etofylline y = 1.7464x +0.1858 R² = 1.0000 & Bromhexine HCL is y = 13.3019x + 1.8664 R² = 0.9998. Retention times were decreased and that run time was decreased, so the method developed was simple and economical that can be adopted in regular Quality control test in Industries.
