| Abstract: | This study examines the occupational stress on the work life balance of Loco Pilot, Family Environment, Job Stress and Emotional Regulation among Loco pilots of Indian Railway. For the present study 70 Loco pilots were taken from different parts of the country through Exponential Non-discriminative Snowball Sampling. The study findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between Family Environment, Job Stress and Emotional Regulation. The prediction model was statistically significant between Family Environment, Emotional Regulation and Job Stress. Loco pilots are one of the most significant posts in the railroad staff. The activity of Loco pilots in Indian Railway requests diligent work and incredible common sense alongside fearlessness to deal with various conditions. |
