The Broad bed and furrow system has been mainly developed at the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-arid Tropics (ICRISAT) in India. A comprehensive research programme was carried out on-station for eight years before being taken for on-farm adaptive research at Tadthanaplle in Medak district. BBF system resulted in 35 percent yield increase in soybean during rainy season. Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) is globally cultivated leading oilseed crop known as golden bean for its various nutritional qualities. The major soybean producing countries are Brazil, Canada, China, India and USA. Total three villages were randomly selected from each selected taluka and 20 farmers were randomly selected from each village. Thus, total sample size was 120 farmers. In this investigation, constrains were categorized into six different categories viz. Personal, Socio-economic, Communication, Technological, Agronomical and Marketing constraints. The major constraint faced by BBF technology non-adopter were lack of knowledge (53.63 mean score), BBF technology adopter high cost of inputs (50.55mean score), non-availability of information at the proper time (40.11 mean score), BBF technology adopter and non-adopter were high cost of labour at the time of harvesting (45.45 mean score) and (47.36 mean score) and crop damage due to erratic rainfall (51.11 mean score) and (53.18 mean score) and lack of prompt payment after sell (56.33 mean score) and (49.26) respectively.
